The passion shared by all our staff, myself included has created a very fun and healthy work environment for all repairs we carry out. The mac/computer/tech repair industry is where I have been for over 18 years and will continue to develop mine and my staffs skills daily.
Working within the Custard Factory / Zellig / Digbeth area, community is a strong point and we all work together to help growth and visibility in the area. This will always be important to me and We Fix Macs moving forward.
My main mission in the repair industry is to offer a better service but with a human touch. Always understanding of peoples situation on a case by case basis and wanting to help in any way possible, Even if a little advice was all that the customer needed.
I look forward to hearing from all prospective customers and hope to exceed all expectations when it comes to customer service and repair, nothing makes me happier than hearing a customer believes we have exceeded all expectations.
